Don Turvey is a mining executive, with more than 37 years experience in the mining industry. His career includes senior management roles in production, project execution, business development, minerals resource management mainly with BHP Billiton.
Since 2008 Mr Turvey gained experience as CEO of private and an ASX and AIM listed coal companies. He spent most of his time in SA with exposure in countries like Australia, North America, Colombia and Indonesia.
He is past President and member of the SA Colliery Managers Association, member of the SA Institute for Mining and Metallurgy and member of the University of Pretoria Mining Advisory Committee.

Muzi Tshabalala is a Chartered Accountant. He started his career at KPMG where he completed his accounting articles to qualify as a CA(SA).
Thereafter, he moved to the Corporate Finance division of Nedbank Capital, where his clients varied from medium sized entities to JSE listed corporates. Subsequent to working at Nedbank Capital, Muzi joined UBS South Africa, working in the Investment Banking Division, before joining Phembani Group where he worked for four years, driving deal origination, execution and transaction implementation for asset acquisitions and disposals.
Currently, Muzi is the Commercial Executive for Adapt IT (Pty) Ltd, with his key responsibilities being mergers and acquisitions for Adapt IT in Africa.

Lulama Tshabalala is an experienced IT Project Manager. She started her career at Dimension Data where she completed her internship and was subsequently assigned as Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, Project Manager and Programme Manager for various projects over a 9 year period.
Lulama Tshabalala has worked on Projects in the Public Sector, Insurance, Banking, Talent Management, Manufacturing, Packaging, Delivery and Shipping, Steel and Metal, Brewing and Bottling, Media as well as Private Equity Funding industries, many of which are entities listed on the JSE. Her experience spans across the implementation of IT Infrastructure and IT Systems, as well as the Project Management of Strategy Implementation.
